摘　　要：针对生物医药研发中心的功能需求进行了分析,并从平面布局设计、空调及通风系统设计、给排水系统设计、电气系统设计等方面进行了设计要点的总结。在平面布局设计中,应注意人物流动线的设计,避免交叉污染;在各机电系统中,注意对工艺需求的仔细分析,进行合理的系统划分,还提出了在设计中需要考虑设施的灵活性和前瞻性。This article analyzes the functional requir ements of the biomedical R&D center,and summarizes the design points from the layout design,air conditioning and ventilation system design,water supply and drainage system design,and electrical system design.In the design of plane layout,attention should be paid to the design of flowing lines of characters to avoid cr oss-contamination.In each electr omechanical system,attention should be paid to the car eful analysis of the process requir ements and the reasonable system division.Finally,it is pointed out that the flexibility and forward-looking of the facility need to be considered in the design.
