摘 要:目前,机场工程中沥青跑道应用越来越广泛。由于机场的特殊性,对沥青跑道的建设要求比公路路面更严格。在跑道建设过程中,沥青混合料一旦发生离析,运维阶段沥青混合料容易松散,进而形成可能损伤航空器的某种外来的物质、碎屑或物体(Foreign Object Debris,FOD),威胁飞机运行安全。论文梳理了离析判断的传统方法,介绍了基于数据图像技术自动判别混合料的离析情况,并提出了判定指标与阈值范围,阐述了基于LabVIEW软件的混合料离析自动判断实时监控系统。At present,asphalt runway is more and more widely used for airfield pavement.Because of the particularity of the airport,the construction requirements of asphalt mixture are stricter than that of highway.In the course of runway construction,once asphalt mixture segregation occurs,the asphalt mixture is easy to loose in the operation and maintenance stage,and then forms FOD,which threatens the safety of aircraft operation.This paper introduces the traditional method of segregation judgment,introduces the automatic discrimination of mixture segregation based on data image technology,and puts forward the determination index and threshold range.Finally,the real-time monitoring system of automatic judgment of mixture segregation based on Lab VIE W software is described.
