摘 要:建立对含有虫螨腈和乙螨唑试样的气相色谱分离和定量分析方法。利用100%二甲基聚硅氧烷(DB-1)毛细管柱,以磷酸三苯酯为内标物,用火焰离子化检测器(FID)进行检测分析。结果表明,在新的分析条件下,虫螨腈和乙螨唑有较好的保留时间和分离效果。虫螨腈和乙螨唑含量测量的线性相关系数(R2)分别为1.0000和0.9998,标准偏差分别为0.0244和0.0226,变异系数分别为0.122%和0.151%,平均添加回收率分别为99.71%和99.85%。该方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,适用于对虫螨腈和乙螨唑的检测。A gas chromatographic method was developed to separate and quantify the samples containing chlorfenapyr and etoxazole.A 100%dimethylpolysiloxane(DB-1)capillary column,triphenyl phosphate as internal standard,flame ionization detector(FID)were used for detection and analysis.The results showed that the retention time and separation efficiency of chlorfenapyr and etoxazole were good under the new analytical conditions.The linear correlation coefficients(R2)were 1.0000 and 0.9998,the standard deviations were 0.0244 and 0.0226,the coefficients of variation were 0.122%and 0.151%,and the average recoveries were 99.71%and 99.85%,respectively.The method has good precision and accuracy,and is suitable for the detection of chlorfenapyr and etoxazole.
