我国政府投资农业建设项目管理研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献分析法和对比分析法,研究了中华人民共和国成立以来政府投资农业建设项目管理阶段划分,包括项目管理初始期、快速发展期、深化改革期,分析了深化改革期政府投资农业建设项目管理主要特点以及面临的主要问题,有针对性地提出了加快推进项目管理认知迭代、运用现代信息技术改造传统管理、用好绩效手段强化项目全程管理和打造高水平项目管理队伍等建议,具有一定研究参考价值和较强现实指导意义.By the methods of literature analysis and comparative analysis, the development stages of agricultural construction projects invested by the government since the founding of new China were studied in the paper, which including initial stage, rapid development stage and deepening reform stage. Main characteristics and problems of deepening reform stage were analyzed, and some suggestions proposed, such as accelerating the cognitive iteration of project management, using modern information technology to transform traditional management,making good use of performance means to strengthen the whole process management of the project, building a high-level project management team. The paper has certain research reference value and strong practical significance.
