摘　　要：渔业科研试验基地是渔业科研单位科技创新的重要支撑,项目前期工作是开展基地建设的第一步,也是整个项目管理的奠基石.文章分析了渔业科研试验基地建设项目前期工作中存在的问题和产生的原因,从突破前期谋划阶段的局限、认识岩土勘察工作的重要性和注重设计单位的选择等方面提出了加强渔业科研试验基地建设项目前期工作的对策及建议.Fisheries scientific research experimental bases are very important support of the scientific and technological innovation of fisheries research institutes.First of all,doing a good job in the preliminary stage is the key point in building a fisheries research and experiment base,and it is also the cornerstone of the entire project management.Problems and causes of the preliminary work of the fisheries research experiment bases construction project were analyzed in the paper.Suggestions and countermeasures for the preliminary work of the construction project of the scientific research experimental base were proposed in terms of breaking through the limitations of the preliminary planning stage,understanding the importance of geotechnical survey work,and paying attention to the selection of designers.
