加强农业科研单位专项督查的实践与思考——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：新时代迎来了新发展理念,农业科研单位的监督工作也面临着更高要求.一直以来,专项督查作为农业科研单位开展监督检查的重要方式之一,对单位的科研事业发展、政治生态构建等都起到了举足轻重的作用.文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,探讨了农业科研单位高质高效推进专项督查的意义和举措,并从督查内容、督查过程、督查成效等方面提出了有针对性的工作思路.The new era has ushered in new development concepts, and the supervision of agricultural scientific research units is also facing higher requirements. As one of the important methods for agricultural scientific research units to carry out supervision and inspection, special inspection has always played a pivotal role in the development of scientific research and the construction of political ecology of the unit.Taking the special supervision work carried out by Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years as a case, relevant measures and methods of high-quality and efficient promotion of special supervision by agricultural scientific research units were discussed in the paper.Targeted work ideas were proposed in terms of the inspection content, inspect process and the effectiveness of the inspection.
