摘　　要：以CPW-9042为基体,制备出水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂涂料,对各项性能指标按照国标进行了测试表征,同时平行测试了市场竞品的前期和后期耐水性,耐盐雾性等,考察了不同的颜填料、防锈填料以及pH值的差异对漆膜的性能的影响。结果显示,水性树脂配合适当的颜填料、水性助剂、去离子水等制备水性工业漆,具有干燥快、光泽高、耐候性好、耐水性优良等特点。The aqueous acrylic modified alkyd resin coating was prepared based on cpw-9042.The performance indexes were tested and characterized according to the national standard.At the same time,the water resistance and salt spray resistance of the competing products in the market were tested in parallel.The effects of different pigments,antirust fillers and pH on the performance of the film were investigated.The results show that the waterborne industrial paint prepared by waterborne resin with appropriate pigments and fillers,waterborne additives and deionized water has the characteristics of fast drying,high gloss,good weather resistance and water resistance.
