摘  要:为了优化水蔓菁总黄酮的闪式提取工艺,在单因素试验基础上,以总黄酮提取率为响应值,采用响应面法优化水蔓菁总黄酮的闪式提取工艺条件。结果表明,优化后的闪式提取工艺条件为液料比17:1(mL/g),乙醇浓度60%,提取时间76 s,在此条件下,总黄酮提取率为1.72%。优化工艺提取效果好,可用于水蔓菁的总黄酮提取。To investigate the optimal flash extraction process of total flavonoids from Veronica linariifolia.Based on the single factor experiment,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was taken as the response value and the flash extraction process conditions of total flavonoids from Veronica linariifolia was optimized by the response surface methodology.The optimal flash extraction process conditions were as follows:liquid and solid ratio was 17:1(mL/g),ethanol concentration was 60%and extraction time was 76 s.The extraction rate of total flavonoids under this condition was 1.72%.The optimized technology has good extraction effect,and can be used for extraction of total flavonoids from Veronica linariifolia.
