摘 要:从泰山产的照山白叶组织中分离到内生真菌,探究内生真菌的化学成分。采用微生物形态学观察鉴定分离到的内生真菌,并结合高效液相-高分辨飞行时间质谱技术鉴别照山白内生真菌的化学成分。从泰山野生照山白新鲜叶片中分离得到2株内生真菌,其中YF3-1初步鉴定为镰刀菌属(Fusarium sp.)。内生真菌YF3-1乙酸乙酯提取物中共鉴别出化学成分34种,正离子模式碎片电压175 V鉴别出24个化合物;负离子模式碎片电压175 V鉴别出10个化合物。高效液相-高分辨飞行时间质谱分析方法可快速、高效地对照山白内生真菌乙酸乙酯提取物进行成分分析,为筛选药物成分、产品质量控制提供可靠的科学依据。The endophytic fungi were isolated from the tissue of Rhododendron micranthum from Taishan mountain,and their chemical constituents were investigated.The isolated endophytic fungi were identified by morphological observation,and the chemical constituents of endophytic fungi were identified by high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometry.Two endophytic fungi were isolated from the fresh leaves of wild Rhododendron micranthum in Taishan mountain,among which YF3-1 was preliminarily identified as arium.A total of 34 compounds were identified from the ethyl acetate extracts of endophytic fungi,and 24 compounds were identified by positive ion mode fragment voltage of 175 V.The anion mode fragment voltage of 175 V identified 10 compounds.HPLC-TOF/MS can be used to quickly and efficiently analyze the components of the ethyl acetate extract from endophytic fungi of Rhododendron micranthum,which provides a reliable scientific basis for the selection of drug components and the quality control of products.
