摘 要:本文针对某生活污水处理站出水总氮(TN)严重超标,碳源不足导致反硝化不彻底的问题,探究了以高碳氮比(COD/TN,C/N)废水作为补充碳源的可行性。结果显示,高碳氮比废水作为补充碳源,当C/N=9,系统运行7 d时,COD、TN去除效果基本稳定,出水COD、TN浓度分别为16.10 mg/L和13.20 mg/L,COD、TN去除率分别达到97.9%、85.7%。此条件下AAO-MBR工艺连续运行3个月,结果显示,出水指标基本达到《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB11/890-2012)中B标准,即COD<30 mg/L,BOD_(5)<6 mg/L,NH_(4)^(+)-N<1.5 mg/L,TN<15 mg/L,TP<0.3 mg/L,但污泥产量有所增加。本文证实了高碳氮比废水可作为生活污水处理的补充碳源,为此类污水处理站的日常运营管理提供了参考。Aiming at the problem that the total nitrogen(TN)in the effluent of sewage treatment station seriously exceeded the standard and the lack of carbon source led to incomplete denitrification,this paper explored the feasibility of using wastewater of high carbon nitrogen ratio(COD/TN,C/N)as supplementary carbon source.The results showed that when C/N was 9 and the system runed for 7 days,the removal effects of COD and TN were the best.The effluent COD and TN concentrations were 16.10 mg/L and 13.20 mg/L,and the removal rates of COD and TN reached 97.9%and 85.7%respectively.Under this condition,the AAO-MBR process runed continuously for 3 months.Results showed that the effluent index basically met the standard B in the discharge standard of water pollutants for urban sewage treatment plants(DB11/890-2012).That was,COD<30 mg/L,BOD_(5)<6 mg/L,NH_(4)^(+)-N<1.5 mg/L,TN<15 mg/L,TP<0.3 mg/L,but the output of sewage sludge was increased.This paper proved that the wastewater of high carbon nitrogen ratio was suitable for carbon source supplement to sewage treatment,which provided a reference for the daily operation and management of this kind of sewage treatment station.
