摘 要:采用“微电解/Fenton+EGSB+A/O”联合工艺处理合成香料废水,实现其稳定达标排放。实验表明:yi微电解催化剂最优投加量为1.5‰,Fenton双氧水最优投加量为2%,反应2 h条件下,此时微电解/Fenton对COD的去除率达67%。EGSB厌氧最优水力停留时间2 d,回流比300%,去除率稳定在60.9%,生化效果得到改善。A最优水力停留时间1.5 d,好氧反应器水力停留时间1 d,经过A/O反应器处理,COD去除效果稳定在64.01%。The combined process of"micro electrolysis/Fenton+EGSB+A/O"was used to treat the wastewater of synthetic perfume,and the stable discharge up to the standard was realized.The results show that the optimal dosage of Yi micro electrolysis catalyst is 1.5‰,the optimal dosage of Fenton hydrogen peroxide is 2%,and the COD removal rate of micro electrolysis/Fenton is 67%under the condition of 2 h reaction.The optimal HRT of EGSB was 2 d,the reflux ratio was 300%,the removal rate was stable at 60.9%,and the biochemical effect was improved.The optimal HRT of a is 1.5 d,and the HRT of aerobic reactor is 1 d.after treatment by A/O reactor,the COD removal efficiency is stable at 64.01%.
