摘 要:该研究利用电催化氧化技术处理来自农药生产工艺中的含吡啶及其衍生物类的废水。研究的核心思路是废水原水先通过氢氧化钙饱和溶液脱氟,加稀硫酸脱盐,然后通过蒸馏进行减量化处理,馏出液进行电解催化氧化处理,蒸馏后的残渣做危废焚烧处理。该研究利用饱和氢氧化钙溶液去除了废水中含有的氟化物或游离的离子,形成了难溶的金属盐;同时在强碱性的环境下,部分氨氮变成NH_(3)·H_(2)O,继续分解成NH_(3)后逸散去除。吡啶及其衍生物在电化学催化氧化处理后,废水中COD含量先增加后减少,最终为净减少,COD减少量的净值为2260 mg/L,电解过程中的最大变化量为2864 mg/L,其中吡啶的去除率为99.34%。该研究结果表明经过物化减量化处理后形成的残渣及固形物体量大为减小,热值升高,比焚烧法更加节约能源和资源,处理成本更低。同时电解的结果表明电催化氧化技术可以氧化分解吡啶及其衍生物等环状有机物,使其分解成小分子的有机物或基团,最终实现水体中污染物的去除与水质的净化。This research uses electrocatalytic oxidation technology to treat wastewater containing pyridine and its derivatives from the pesticide production process.The core idea of the research is that the raw wastewater is first defluorinated by a saturated solution of calcium hydroxide,desalinated by adding dilute sulfuric acid,and then reduced by distillation,the distillate is subjected to electrolytic catalytic oxidation treatment,and the residue after distillation is treated as hazardous waste incineration.This research uses saturated calcium hydroxide solution to remove the fluoride or free ions contained in the wastewater,forming insoluble metal salts;at the same time,in a strongly alkaline environment,part of the ammonia nitrogen becomes NH_(3)·H_(2)O and continues to decompose into NH_(3)After the escape is removed.After the electrochemical catalytic oxidation treatment of pyridine and its derivatives,the COD content in the wastewater first increases and then decreases,and finally is a net decrease.The net reduction of COD is 2260 mg/L,and the maximum change in the electrolysis process is 2864mg/L.The removal rate of pyridine is 99.34%.The research results show that the amount of residues and solid objects formed after the physical and chemical reduction treatment is greatly reduced,the calorific value is increased,and the energy and resources are saved more than the incineration method,and the treatment cost is lower.At the same time,the results of electrolysis show that the electrocatalytic oxidation technology can oxidatively decompose pyridine and its derivatives and other cyclic organic substances,decomposing them into small molecular organic substances or groups,and finally achieve the removal of pollutants in the water body and the purification of water quality.
