摘  要:脓毒症是急诊常见的致死、致残性危重病,早期诊断可显著提高救治成功率,但目前早期诊断方法均存在局限性。微RNA(miRNA)是基因转录后发挥作用的单链非编码RNA,具有高度的特异性、选择性和保守性,是医学临床诊断的理想生物标志物。miRNA的表达与脓毒症诊断、预后及相关器官损伤密切相关。但miRNA作为脓毒症临床诊疗生物标志物还有很多不确定性,如机制、统一的检测标准、参数等。因此深入研究miRNA与脓毒症的关系,有助于脓毒症的早期识别与治疗。Sepsis is a common fatal and disabling critical disease in emergency department.Early diagnosis can significantly improve the success rate of treatment,but there are limitations in the current early diagnosis methods.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are single-stranded non-coding RNAs playing a role after gene transcription,which are featured with high specificity,selectivity and conservatism,therefore are ideal biomarkers for clinical diagnosis.The expression of miRNA is closely related to the diagnosis,prognosis and related organ injury of sepsis.However,there are still many uncertainties regarding miRNA as a biomarker for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of sepsis,such as mechanism,uniform detection standard,and parameters etc.Therefore,an in-depth study on the relationship between miRNA and sepsis is helpful for the early identification and treatment of sepsis.
