摘  要:糖尿病足溃疡是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,可导致截肢甚至危及患者生命。糖尿病足溃疡的治疗至今仍是一个难题,目前的治疗方法仍以手术清创为主。间充质干细胞是一种多能干细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化潜能。间充质干细胞中存在一类特殊的细胞——应激耐受多系分化细胞,能够在压力、缺氧、营养物质缺乏等微环境中生存,具有在低氧环境下增加生长因子分泌、促进上皮和肉芽组织生成以及抗炎和免疫调节等特性。因此,深入研究应激耐受多系分化细胞在糖尿病足溃疡中的作用机制,可为糖尿病足溃疡的治疗提供新思路。Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the serious complications of diabetes,which can lead to amputation and even endanger the life of the patients.The treatment of diabetic foot ulcer is still a difficult problem,and surgical debridement is still the main treatment.Mesenchymal stem cells are pluripotent stem cells with the potential for self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation.In mesenchymal stem cells,there is a special class of cells-multi-lineage differentiating stress enduring(Muse)cells,which can survive in stress,anoxia,nutrient deficiency and other microenvironments,and have the characteristics of increasing growth factor secretion,promoting epithelial and granulation tissue formation,anti-inflammatory and immune regulation in low oxygen environment.Therefore,it can provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers through further study on the mechanism of Muse cells in diabetic foot ulcer.
