摘　　要：通过分析和梳理广州国家新一代人工智能创新发展试验区建设基础优势,发现其在研发能力、企业及人才引培、基础设施建设、应用示范等方面仍存在一定不足,如原始创新及关键核心技术攻关能力有待加强,行业顶尖龙头企业、人才有所欠缺,算力基础设施有待提升等,同时从提升基础研究和前沿技术水平、大力引培龙头企业和高水平人才、提升算力基础设施建设及场景开放水平等方面提出建议,为促进广州国家新一代人工智能创新发展试验区高质量发展提供决策参考。This paper analyzes and sorts out the basic advantages of the construction of Guangzhou National New Generation Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Development Experimental Zone,and finds that there are still certain deficiencies in the aspects of R&D capabilities,the introduction of enterprises and talents,infrastructure construction,application demonstrations etc,such as the original innovation and key core technology skills need to be strengthened,the shortage of industry's top leading enterprises and talent,and the computer infrastructure needs to be upgraded and so on.At the same time,the paper proposes suggestions from the aspects of improving the technical level of basic research and cutting-edge research,vigorously attracting the leading companies and high-level talents,improving the computing power infrastructure construction and scene opening level etc.,in order to help promote the high-quality development of Guangzhou National New Generation Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Development Experimental Zone.
