摘　　要：就业是民生之本、消费振兴之源,稳就业是全面做好“六稳”工作的重中之重。针对新冠肺炎疫情给经济发展带来的不良影响以及给社会就业带来的挑战,从扶持民营企业、培养高端人才、促进创业就业、发展新业态、企业转型升级、创新用工模式等方面提出具体建议。Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and the source of consumption revitalization.Stable employment is the top priority of the“six stabilities”work.In view of the adverse effects brought by COVID-19 to the economic development and the challenges to social employment,specific suggestions are put forward from the aspects of supporting private enterprises,high-end talent training,private entrepreneurship and employment,promoting the development of new formats,transformation and upgrading of enterprises,and flexible employment mode.
