摘 要:伴随着新一轮科技革命和产业革命的到来,科技创新已逐渐成为一个国家和地区发展的主要驱动力。立足科技协同创新视角,基于粤西地区2010—2017年相关科技创新数据,采用复合系统协同度模型对粤西区域科技协同创新水平进行实证研究。结果发现:粤西各城市在区域层面整体的科技创新协同性较弱,且存在明显的不稳定性;同时,粤西各城市内部科技创新子系统的协同水平较低,茂名市甚至处于非协同状态,各科技创新主体协同能力较弱。为此,提出相关对策建议,旨在提升粤西区域科技协同创新能力,从而推动粤西区域经济的高质量发展。With the advent of a new round of technological and industrial revolutions,technological innovation has gradually become the main driving force for the development of a country and region.Based on the perspective of scientific and technological collaborative innovation and the relevant scientific and technological innovation data in western Guangdong from 2010 to 2017,using a composite system synergy model to conduct an empirical study on the level of scientific and technological collaborative innovation in western Guangdong.The results found that the overall technological innovation synergy of the cities in western Guangdong is weak at the regional level,and there is obvious instability;at the same time,the synergy level of the internal technological innovation subsystems of the cities in western Guangdong is low,and Maoming is even in a non-cooperative state.The synergy of various scientific and technological innovation entities is weak.Therefore,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions so as to enhance the ability of scientific and technological collaborative innovation,thereby promoting high-quality development of the regional economy in western Guangdong.
