摘  要:为了准确控制生物质在热解过程中的反应温度,以生物质连续热解装置为研究对象,在原有基础上进行改进设计,得到一种能够准确监测和控制反应温度的生物质连续热解反应装置。以松子壳为试验原料,通过比较装置改进前后在不同热解温度下所得生物质炭的品质,发现改进后的装置可以更好且更直观地反应热解规律,同时能够避免装置始终保持高温运行,从而降低设备损耗。另外,通过改进后装置能够获得品质更好的热解炭产物。连续运行试验证明,该装置可以实现对生物质物料的连续热解,运行平稳,对热解反应温度控制准确。In order to accurately control the reaction temperature of biomass in the pyrolysis process,a biomass continuous pyrolysis reaction device which could accurately monitor and control the reaction temperature was obtained by taking the biomass continuous pyrolysis device as the research object and basing on improving the design on the original basis.Took pine nut shell as the test raw material,by comparing the quality of biomass carbon obtained at different pyrolysis temperatures before and after the improvement of the device,it was found that the improved device could better and more intuitively reflect the pyrolysis law,and could avoid the device running at high temperature all the time,so as to reduce the equipment consumption.In addition,the improved device could obtain better quality pyrolysis carbon products.The continuous operation test showed that the device could realize the continuous pyrolysis of biomass materials,and it ran smoothly and controlled the pyrolysis reaction temperature accurately.
