摘  要:从油田产出液中分离得到一株高效产表面活性剂菌株,对其代谢产物分离提纯,经高效液相色谱-质谱(HPLC-MS)分析确定为脂肽类生物表面活性剂。对其乳化性、界面张力、润湿性、驱油性等性能进行评价,分析环境因素对性能的影响,结果表明:该表面活性剂可使油湿岩心接触角由92°降至39°,对原油乳化效果好,界面张力低,洗油能力强,在pH 5.012.0、温度40120℃、盐度2%19%的条件下性能稳定,可在油藏环境中大量繁殖,具有良好的应用前景。A strain of high efficient surface producing bacteria was isolated from oilfield produced fluid. Itsmetabolites were separated and purified. It was identified as lipopeptide biosurfactant by HPLC-MS analysis.Aiming at the stimulation of oil well biosurfactant,the surface and interface properties of biosurfactant wereevaluated,and the influence of environmental factors on the performance was analyzed. Results showed thatthe surfactant could reduce the contact angle of oil wet core from 92° to 39° and had good emulsifying effect oncrude oil,low interfacial tension and strong oil washing ability. Under the conditions of p H 5.0-12.0,40-120 ℃ and 2%-19% salinity,the performance was stable,and it could reproduce in large numbers in this res-ervoir environment,which had a good application prospect.
