摘　　要：随着重庆地区《关于推进绿色建筑高品质高质量发展意见》及2020版《绿色生态住宅(绿色建筑)小区建设技术标准》的颁布,重庆绿色生态小区项目正式进入“绿色竣工运营时代”为探查竣工项目反复出现的重点问题及其致病因素,该文通过对近两年评价的40个竣工项目进行梳理,总结竣工现场出错频率较高的问题,针对这些问题提出在项目前期、施工过程、验收之前各阶段中相应的对策,为绿色生态小区高质量进军“绿色竣工运营时代”打好过程管理基础。With the release of Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Green Buildings in Chongqing and the 2020 version of the Technical Standards for Green Ecological Residential Communities(Green Building)Cons truction,the green ecological residence proj ects in Chongqing officially entered the"green completion and operation era".In order to explore the recurring key problems of completed projects and the relevant causes,this paper sorted out 40 completed projects evaluated in recent years and figured out many common problems of high fault frequency.To solve these problems in the early stage,the construction process and the various stages before acceptance,countermeasures were proposed.This lays a good process management foundation for the green ecological residential communities to enter the high-quality"green completion and operation era".
