温拌剂对沥青混合料性能的影响

摘　　要：为研究EC120及Evotherm两种温拌剂对温拌沥青混合料性能的影响,分别采用马歇尔试验、车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验,对沥青混合料的体积指标、高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温抗裂性进行研究。结果表明:EC120的掺入对基质沥青的技术指标影响较大,温拌沥青混合料的强度增大,高温性能和水稳性能得到大幅提高,低温性能出现明显下降;Evotherm的掺入对基质沥青技术指标影响较小,温拌沥青混合料高温性能略有提升,水稳性能及低温性能则有小幅下降。In order to study the influence of two kinds of warm mix agents like EC120 and Evotherm on the performance of warm mix asphalt mixture,Marshall test,rutting test and low-temperature trabecular bending test are respectively used to study the volume index,high-temperature stability,water stability and low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture.The research shows that:the addition of EC120 has a great impact on the technical indexes of matrix asphalt,the strength of warm mix asphalt mixture increases,the high-temperature performance and water stability performance are greatly improved,and the low-temperature performance is obviously reduced;the addition of Evotherm has little impact on the technical indexes of matrix asphalt,the high-temperature performance of warm mix asphalt mixture is slightly improved,while the water stability performance and low-temperature performance are slightly reduced.
