摘 要:北京至哈尔滨高速公路在国家和区域路网中居重要地位,其中绥中(冀辽界)至沈阳段(简称“沈山高速”),为当时国内建设规模最大、标准最高、里程最长的高速公路。经过20多年的运行,沈山通道服务水平下降、通行能力不足、沿线设施陈旧老化、交通安全事故多发,通道问题亟待解决。论述了沈山通道存在的问题,解决方案和通道需求,论证了通道扩容的时机和规模,比选了新通道扩容和原路扩容两种扩容方式,提出可行的通道扩容方案,经综合比选推荐采用全线整体十车道方案。Beijing-Harbin expressway occupies an important position in the national and regional road network.Suizhong(Hebei-Liaoning boundary)-Shenyang section(hereinafter referred to as"Shenshan expressway")is an expressway with the largest construction scale,the highest standard and the longest mileage in China at that time.After the operation of more than 20 years,the service level of Shenshan channel has declined,the traffic capacity is insufficient,the facilities along the line are old and aging,and traffic safety accidents are frequent.The channel problems need to be solved urgently.The existing problems,solutions and channel requirements of Shenshan channel are discussed,the opportunity and scale of channel expansion are demonstrated,two expansion modes of new channel expansion and original channel expansion are compared and selected,and the feasible channel expansion schemes are put forward.The overall 10-lane scheme of the whole line is recommended to be used after comprehensive comparison and selection.
