摘 要:为探索胜利一号露天煤矿最优的采区过渡方式,以胜利一号露天煤矿生产现状为前提,结合经典模型公式确定了各采区合理的工作线长度,并依据露天矿采区划分及开采顺序,提出了3种采区过渡方案。方案研究过程中,通过模拟转向过渡开采过程的4个典型时期工程位置,从内排时间、外排量、二次剥离量等因素导致的生产经济指标变化情况,综合分析确定扇形转向为最优,能够在保证产量接续的同时最大化释放内排空间,经济效益显著。In order to explore the optimal mining area steering mode of Shengli No.1 Open-pit Coal Mine, based on the production status of the coal mine, the reasonable working line length of each mining area is determined combining with the classical model formula, and three steering schemes of the mining area are put forward according to the mining area division and mining sequence.Through simulating the four typical engineering positions in steering period of mining, the changes in production economic indicators are analyzed, which are caused by internal dumping time, external dumping amount, secondary stripping amount and other factors.The analysis shows that the sector steering is the optimal scheme, which can maximize the release of internal dumping space while ensuring the production continuity, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
