摘  要:以马道头煤矿8201工作面为研究背景,采用理论计算推导出采空区侧向基本顶破断位置计算公式,得出8201工作面侧向基本顶位于煤壁内6.42m处破断,结合采空区侧向支承压力分布曲线和工作面地质生产条件,确定窄煤柱宽度为8m;利用FLAC3D模拟软件分析沿空巷道掘进后巷道变形特征,结果表明:在8m宽窄煤柱条件下,沿空巷道表现为煤柱侧顶板下沉量明显大于实体煤侧、煤柱帮鼓出量大于实体煤帮的非对称破坏。针对5203沿空巷道围岩控制难点,提出采用"不对称锚索桁架+煤柱帮锚杆索支护+煤柱帮注浆"的联合控制技术,并用于现场试验,取得较好的控制效果。Taking 8201 working face of Madaotou Coal Mine as the research background, the calculation formula of the broken position of the lateral main roof in goaf is deduced by theoretical calculation, and it is concluded that the lateral main roof of 8201 working face is broken at 6.42 m of the coal wall.Combining with the distribution curve of the lateral abutment pressure of the goaf and the geological production conditions of the working face, the narrow coal pillar width is determined to be 8 m;the roadway deformation after gob-side driving is analyzed by FLAC3 D simulation software.The results show that: under 8 m narrow coal pillar, the roof subsidence of coal pillar side is obviously greater than that of solid coal side, and the bulging amount of coal pillar side is greater than that of solid coal side.In view of the difficulties in surrounding rock control of 5203 gob side entry, the combined control technology of "asymmetric anchor cable truss + coal pillar side anchor cable support + coal pillar side grouting" is proposed and applied in the field test, and favorable control effect is obtained.
