摘 要:针对"三软"易自燃厚煤层条件下综放工作面回撤期间面临的顶底板松软、支护难度大、煤层自燃发火期短、工期紧等难题,基于回撤工作面"短砌体梁"力学结构模型、从理论上分析了防止回撤空间出现"三角区"的最小支护阻力为13541.07kN,提出全断面掩护撤除支架法统一回撤断面的支护形式与支护强度;采用液压驱动的架前撤架装置代替电机绞车牵引支架,形成"架前撤架装置+铲板式支架搬运车+框架式支架搬运车"协同撤架作业模式,提高了回撤空间顶板支护机械化程度与作业安全性,实现快速回撤、减人提效。Aiming at the problems of soft roof and floor, difficult support, short spontaneous combustion period, and short construction period during the withdrawal of fully mechanized caving face in "three soft" and spontaneously combustible thick coal seams, based on the mechanical structure model of short masonry beam of the withdrawal face, we theoretically analyzed and obtained that the minimum support resistance is 13541.07 kN to prevent the triangular area forming in the withdrawal space, and proposed the method of full section shielding support retraction to unify the support form and support strength of the withdrawal section;the motor winch is replaced by hydraulic drive support retraction device;finally, a collaborative support retraction mode is established comprising support retraction device+shovel-type support carrier+frame-type support carrier, which improves the mechanization and security of the roof support in the withdrawal space, to withdraw rapidly, reduce personnel and improve efficiency.
