摘  要:为了满足工作面高产高效的安全生产需要,达到工作面煤与瓦斯突出的快速辨识和及时预警目的,提出了新的瓦斯预警指标体系以及预警指标和临界值的优选方法,并据此设计出基于B/S、C/S综合架构的煤与瓦斯突出实时预警系统,该系统可实现数据分散处理、预警信息多通道表达和分级发布。最后通过工程现场应用,对该指标体系和预警系统进行预警效果检验,结果表明:根据设定的指标体系并依据提出的预警指标及临界值优选方法,在提高系统指标辨识效率的同时可提前近10h发布预警信息,预测总准确率可达83.3%,能够实现采掘面突出危险性的快速、准确辨识,及时为现场技术人员及主管领导发布预警信息,预防灾害的发生。In order to meet the high-yield and high-efficiency safety production requirements of the working face, and rapidly identify and timely warn coal and gas outbursts, a new gas warning index system and a method of selecting warning indexes and critical values are proposed, using which, a real-time early warning system for coal and gas outbursts is designed based on B/S and C/S architecture. The system can realize distributed data processing, multi-channel expression and hierarchical release of early warning information. Finally, the indicator system and early-warning system were tested onsite.The results showed that: with the indicator system, the early-warning indicators and critical value optimization method, the identification efficiency was improved while the early warning information was released within 10 hours in advance, and the total prediction accuracy reached 83.3%,prominent hazards of the mining and tunneling face can be identified rapidly and accurately, thus to timely release the early warning information for the on-site technicians and supervisors to prevent disasters.
