摘 要:雾化喷头的内部结构直接影响流体特性。文章详细介绍了一种具有涡旋效应的气水两相流雾化喷头及其内部结构、特性参数以及工作原理,并利用数值模拟辅助表征、研究了内部流场的多级涡旋效应。基于该喷头产生的特性流体,对马脊梁选煤厂的输煤系统进行气水雾化涡旋流体在集尘罩限定空间内降尘处理,并研究了粉尘浓度等相关参数,应用结果表明:在水压为0.24MPa,气压为0.45MPa的工况下可产生55°左右的雾化覆盖面积,单独使用喷头可达到85%以上的降尘率,配合集尘罩的系统整体降尘率可达92%以上,单个喷头耗水量低于1L/min,有效降尘的同时对煤流增湿较小,不影响煤燃烧的热效率。The internal structure of the atomizing nozzle directly affects the fluid features. An air-water two-phase flow atomizing nozzle with vortex effect is introduced in detail, including its internal structure, characteristic parameters and working principle, and numerical simulation is used to characterize and study the multistage vortex effect of internal flow field. Based on the characteristic fluid produced by the nozzle, the coal conveying system of Majiliang Coal Preparation Plant is treated with air-water atomization swirl fluid to reduce dust in a limited space within dust hood. At the same time, the dust concentration and other related parameters are studied. The application results show that: under water pressure of 0.24 MPa and air pressure of 0.45 MPa, it can produce an atomized coverage area of about 55°,the nozzle can achieve a dust reduction rate of over 85%,the dust reduction rate of the whole system with dust hood is over 92%,and the single nozzle water consumption is within 1 L/min, it can effectively reduce dust and reduce the humidification of coal flow without affecting the thermal efficiency of coal combustion.
