摘 要:立足于我国智能化煤矿建设取得长足进步的现状下,分析了智能化煤矿人才的特点、煤炭行业现有劳动力结构现状以及智能化煤矿转型过程中劳动力结构转型的困难,针对智能化煤矿人才的培养落后于实际需要的现状,就煤企现阶段如何谋划人力资源结构转型、智能化煤矿人才培养、结构性冗员解决方案等方面提出了自己的观点,建议煤企应尽早通过自主培养、院企合作等多种方式培养智能化煤矿人才,从而保证煤炭企业的效益和煤炭工人的就业。Currently, China’s intelligent coal mine construction has made great progress. This paper analyzes the characteristics of intelligent coal mine talents, the current situation of labor structure in the coal industry and the difficulties in the transformation of labor structure in intelligent coal mine transformation. In view of the current situation that the cultivation of intelligent coal mine talents lags behind the actual needs, suggestion are proposed for the transformation of human resource structure, talents cultivation and structural redundant personnel problems in coal enterprises at the present stage. It is suggested that coal enterprises should cultivate intelligent coal mine talents as soon as possible through independent training and cooperation between colleges and enterprises, so as to ensure the benefits of coal enterprises and the employment of coal workers.
