摘  要:动脉粥样硬化(AS)易损斑块破裂是导致急性心脑血管事件的主要原因。AS易损斑块形成的主要机制包括炎症、微钙化、乏氧及新生血管形成等。借助特异的放射性分子探针,PET显像能准确识别易损斑块形成过程中的关键靶点,为相关诊疗提供途径。本文就AS易损斑块乏氧PET显像研究进展进行综述。The majority of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events result from sudden rupture of vulnerable plaques in atherosclerosis(AS).The formation process of AS vulnerable plaques mainly includes inflammation,microcalcification,hypoxia and neoangiogenesis.With the help of specific radiolabeled probes,PET imaging can accurately identify the key targets in the formation process of vulnerable plaque,providing the means for diagnosis and treatment of AS vulnerable plaques.The research progresses of PET in hypoxia imaging of AS vulnerable plaques were reviewed in this paper.
