摘  要:具有R-P层状钙钛矿结构的Ca_(3)Ti_(2)O_(7)材料具有由氧八面体面内旋转和面外倾侧引起的杂化非本征铁电性,因其有望打破铁电性与磁性电子构型互斥的关系,实现室温强磁电耦合而受到广泛关注。综述了近年Ca_(3)Ti_(2)O_(7)杂化非本征铁电体的制备方法、工艺及其掺杂改性的最新进展,重点阐述并总结了A位、B位掺杂及A/B位共掺对Ca_(3)Ti_(2)O_(7)材料杂化非本征铁电性的影响规律及改性机理,并对Ca_(3)Ti_(2)O_(7)材料的未来研究方向进行了展望。Ca_(3)Ti_(2)O_(7)materials with R-P layered perovskite structure has the hybrid improper ferroelectricity caused by inplane rotation and out-of-plane tilt of oxygen octahedron.It has been widely concerned because it is expected to break through the relationship between ferroelectricity and the electron configuration of magnetism and achieve strong magnetoelectric coupling at room temperature.The progress on the preparation method and doping of Ca_(3)Ti_(2)O_(7)hybrid improper ferroelectrics in recent years is reviewed.The influences and mechanism of A-site doping,B-site doping and A/B-sites co-doping on the hybrid improper ferroelectricity of Ca_(3)Ti_(2)O_(7)materials are emphatically described and summarized,and the future research on Ca_(3)Ti_(2)O_(7)materials is also prospected.
