摘  要:电力通信网是电网安全、稳定、高效运行的重要保障,随着国家电网有限公司“建设世界一流能源互联网企业”战略目标的全面推进以及多种信息通信新技术的成熟,需要建设具备高可靠、低时延、大带宽、广覆盖的电力通信光传输网。文章结合山西电力通信骨干光传输网现状,充分分析山西电力通信骨干光传输网存在的问题,以电力业务的需求为出发点,提出基于光传送网技术体制的山西电力通信骨干光传输网演进模式,并对未来智慧电力通信网的建设进行展望,为山西电力“十四五”期间骨干电力通信网的建设规划提供参考依据。Power telecommunication network is an important guarantee for the safe,stable and efficient operation of power grid.With the overall promotion of the SGCC’s strategic goal of"building a worldclass energy internet enterprise"and the maturity of a variety of new information and telecommunication technologies,it is necessary to build a high reliable,low delay optical power telecommunication transmission network with wide bandwidth and wide coverage.Based on the current situation of Shanxi power telecommunication backbone optical transmission network,the existing problems of Shanxi power telecommunication backbone optical transmission network is fully analyzed in this paper.Moreover,starting from the demand of power business,the evolution mode of Shanxi power telecommunication backbone optical transmission network based on optical transport network is put forward.Besides,the future construction of intelligent power telecommunication network is proposed,which provides a reference for construction planning of Shanxi power telecommunication network during‘The 14th Five-Year Plan’period.
