摘 要:以凹凸棒石黏土为原料酸活化水热合成13X沸石。利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)和N2吸附-脱附试验对13X沸石进行表征,考察铝酸钠用量和晶化时间对13X沸石合成的影响及其CO_(2)吸附性能。结果表明,SiO_(2)与Al_(2)O_(3)摩尔比为3.2时,可合成13X沸石;增加铝酸钠会导致SiO_(2)与Al_(2)O_(3)摩尔比减小,生成4A沸石。随晶化时间增加,沸石结晶度提高,在温度为90℃,晶化时间为24 h条件下,13X沸石结晶度最好。在30℃、100 kPa条件下,制备的13X沸石对CO_(2)吸附量为3.32 mmol/g,略低于商品13X沸石吸附量4.58 mmol/g;但由于杂原子K^(+)的引入及相对较小的孔径,其对CO_(2)的分离系数(CO_(2)与N_(2)吸附比)为14.53,远高于商品13X沸石分离系数6.29。重复使用5次时,其对CO_(2)吸附性能基本保持不变。13X zeolites were synthesized from acid-treated attapulgite via hydrothermal treatment.The synthesized 13X zeolites were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption-desorption experiment.The effects of NaAlO_(2) dosage and crystallization time on the formation of 13X zeolites were studied as well as its adsorption performance of CO_(2).The results indicate that 13X zeolites were obtained when the SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) molar ratio of the synthesis mixture was 3.2.The SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) molar ratio was reduced with an increase of NaAlO_(2) dosage,resulting in the formation of zeolite 4A.The diffraction intensity of 13X zeolites increased with crystallization time and was the highest when the crystallization temperature and time were 90℃and 24 h,respectively.The CO_(2) adsorption property of the synthesized 13X zeolites was 3.32 mmol/g at 30℃ under 100 kPa pressure,which was less than that of commercial 13X zeolites(4.58 mmol/g).Due to the introduction of K^(+) and relatively small pore sizes,the synthesized 13X zeolites possessed a higher CO_(2) adsorption selectivity(14.53)compared with commercial 13X zeolites(6.29).The CO_(2) adsorption property of the synthesized 13X zeolites almost remained unchanged after being used five times.
