摘　　要：为掌握铁路货车超偏载检测装置和自动轨道衡压力传感器(以下简称“传感器”)耐雷电冲击水平,确定合理的优化设计方案,保证防护的可靠性,提出传感器的防护理念。分析传感器及其内部材料冲击耐受水平,通过掌握传感器内部材料的耐冲击水平值和防护电路各器件的耐受值,提出传感器雷电防护设计方法和典型防护电路并试验验证。In order to master the lightning impact resistance level of the pressure sensor of overload and unbalanced load detection device as well as automatic track scale of railway freight cars(hereinafter referred to as‘sensor’),de⁃termine a reasonable optimal design scheme and ensure the reliability of protection,the protection concept of sensor is raised.It analyzes the impact resistance level of the sensor and its internal materials.It raises the lightning protec⁃tion design method and typical protection circuit of the sensor by mastering the impact resistance level value of inter⁃nal materials and the resistance value of each device of protection circuit,carries out experimental verification.
