摘　　要：针对铁路货车转向架集成制动装置在运用过程中暴露出的故障,分析集成制动装置结构、参数和工作原理,对集成制动装置缓解不良、闸调器失效、闸调器控制杆螺母松动和手制动杠杆脱落等运用故障开展原因分析,提出现场处理措施。In view of the fault of railway freight car bogie truck mounted brak(TMB)exposed in the process of us⁃ing,analysis structure,parameters and working principle of TMB,TMB badly release,brake slack adjuster failure,brake slack adjuster control pole nut loose and the hand brake lever fall off and other use faults carry out the analysis of the causes,such as the on-site processing measures are raised.
