摘　　要：分析了导致生僻字问题的五个方面的原因:(1)很多信息系统仍在使用GBK编码字符集;(2)自造字导致了生僻字信息不兼容;(3)应用系统拦截身份证在用字;(4)通用操作系统无法显示生僻字;(5)通用输入无法录入生僻字。针对每个问题,给出了相应的技术方案和建议。This paper analyzes five reasons for the difficulty of application of rarely used Chinese characters in person name:(1)Many information systems are still using GBK coded character set;(2)The related institutions create new characters in private use area,which leads to the data incompatibility of the same character but different codepoint;(3)Applications filter actually in use characters;(4)Operating systems cannot render the rare characters correctly;(5)Input methods don’t cover the rarely used Chinese characters.The paper gives corresponding technical solutions to each of the above problem,and puts forward suggestions.
