铁道机车用吸附式压缩空气干燥器产品认证实施规则技术变化及其影响分析

摘　　要：为完善铁道机车用吸附式压缩空气干燥器产品认证实施规则,依据Q/CR 315—2020《机车、动车组用吸附式压缩空气干燥器》,对既有铁道机车用吸附式压缩空气干燥器产品认证实施规则进行调整。针对新旧产品认证实施规则主要技术变化,分析其对产品认证机构、生产企业和用户的影响,并从风险角度为相关方完善和调整铁道机车用吸附式压缩空气干燥器相关业务提出思路和建议。In order to improve the implementation rules of product certification of absorbent compressed air dryer for railway locomotive,the implementation rule of product certification of absorbent compressed air dryer for existing rail⁃way locomotive is adjusted according to Q/CR 315-2020 Absorbent compressed air dryer for locomotive and EMU/DMU.By comparing the main changes of the new and old implementation rules of product certification,this paper ana⁃lyzes the impact of the adjustment content on the product certification institutions,production enterprises and users,and offers ideas and suggestions for relevant parties to improve and adjust the corresponding business of absorbent compressed air dryer for railway locomotive from the perspective of risk.
