摘 要:高价碘介导的羰基化合物极性反转反应是实现羰基化合物α位官能团化的重要方法之一.通过查阅高价碘介导的羰基化合物极性反转反应的文献资料,并经分析、归纳后,进一步对高价碘介导的羰基化合物极性反转反应进行了深入的探讨与总结.重点阐述了该类极性反转反应为一个一般的反应模型,成键的类型将其分为碳杂原子键形成、碳卤键形成和碳碳键形成.随着高价碘化学介导的极性反转反应的发展,该类反应将成为羰基化合物α位官能团化的重要工具.The polarity reversal reaction of carbonyl compounds mediated by high-valent iodine had been one of the important methods to realize the function of theα-position of carbonyl compounds.By consulting the literature on the polarity reversal reaction of carbonyl compounds mediated by high-valent iodine,analyzing and summarizing,further in-depth discussion and summary were made for the polarity reversal reaction of carbonyl compounds mediated by high-valent iodine.Focused on this type of polarity reversal reaction as a general reaction model,from the type of bonding,it was divided into carbon-heteroatom bond formation,carbon-halogen bond formation and carbon-carbon bond formation.With the development of high-valent iodine chemistry-mediated polarity reversal reactions,the reactions was thought to be an important tool for the functionalization of carbonyl compounds at theα-position.
