摘 要:为揭示各类土壤改良剂、农艺措施处理对水稻镉(Cd)吸收、积累的阻控效果,探究不同类型阻控措施的作用机制,以水稻(Oryza sativa L.)品种‘油牙占’为材料,在珠三角中轻度Cd污染土壤上对其进行铁基生物炭(IB)、生石灰(L)、零价铁(ZVI)、叶面硅肥(FS)、淹水(F)等措施的一元及多元处理,分别测定了第1,2个生长季后土壤Cd含量、理化性质、水稻不同器官Cd含量及籽粒生物量.结果表明:L和IB处理均显著降低早稻根、茎、叶、籽粒Cd含量;FS处理对水稻各部位Cd积累未见影响,而FS-F处理显著降低水稻Cd含量;FS-L-F和FS-L-ZVI处理极显著降低了晚稻各器官的Cd含量,其中茎部Cd积累量降幅最大;对转运系数(TF)的分析结果显示,与对照相比,L处理使早稻TF_(茎-叶)提高71.44%,而TF_(叶-籽粒)下降40.90%.综上,根据不同措施的阻控效果及机制,推荐的水稻Cd阻控措施为:生石灰-零价铁-淹水联合处理.研究成果为各类土壤改良剂和农艺措施阻控水稻镉吸收、积累提供依据.In order to reveal the effects of various soil amendments and agronomic measures to prevent excess absorption and accumulation of cadmium(Cd)in rice(Oryza sativa L.),types of strategies were tesed and investigated into their blocking mechanisms.Grown on moderate Cd-contaminated soil in the Pearl River Del-ta,the rice cultivar‘Youya Zhan’was subject to treatments of iron-based biochar(IB),lime(L),zero valent iron(ZVI),foliar silicon fertilizer(FS)and flooding(F)alone or in combination.In the first and second growing seasons,the Cd concentration in paddy soil and the individual organ of rice were determined respectively.Meanwhile,the basic properties of paddy soil and grain weight were also assayed.The results showed that both L and IB treatments significantly decreased Cd content in roots,stems,leaves and grains of early rice.Although there was no difference between control and FS treatment,FS-F presented a remarkable decrease of Cd accumulation in rice.Better than the other treatments,FS-L-F and FS-L-ZVI also caused Cd reduction in all the organs of late rice.Among them,Cd accumulation in stems decreased the most.The trans-port coefficient(TF)analysis revealed that,compared with the control,L increased TFstems-leaves by 71.44% while decreased TFleaves-grains by 40.90%.Overall,in consideration of effectiveness and mechanisms of these strategies,lime-zero valent iron-flooding treatment was highly recommended.Research by different kinds of soil conditioner and agronomic measures resistance control would provide a basis for the cadmium absorption and accumulation of rice.
