摘　　要：目的探讨简易入路通道经脐单孔腹腔镜在妇科良性病变手术中的应用。方法选取2019年5月至2021年2月广东省阳江市阳东区人民医院收治的64例妇科良性病变手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)与对照组(34例)。观察组患者采用简易入路通道经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组患者采用传统多孔腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后24 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、术后住院天数、术后脐部切口并发症发生情况。结果两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后24 h VAS评分、术后住院天数、术后脐部切口并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论简易入路通道经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗妇科良性病变安全可行,适宜在基层临床推广。Objective To investigate the application of single-port transumbilical laparoscopic surgery with simple approach in gynecological benign lesions.Methods A total of 64 patients with gynecological benign lesions treated in Yangdong District People′s Hospital of Yangjiang City,Guangdong Province from May 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.By random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(34 cases).The observation group was treated by single-port transumbilical laparoscopic surgery with simple self-made approach.The control group received conventional perforated laparoscopic surgery.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores 24 hours after surgery,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative umbilical incision complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in operative time,intraoperative blood loss,VAS scores 24 hours after surgery,postoperative hospital stay,total incidence of postoperative umbilical incision complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is safe and feasible to treat benign gynecological diseases with single-port transumbilical laparoscopic surgery with simple approach,which is suitable for clinical promotion at the primary level.
