人性化沟通联合自我认同心理护理在男性精神病患者自残/自杀行为防范中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化沟通联合自我认同心理护理在男性精神病患者自残/自杀行为防范中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年8月江西省上饶市第三人民医院确诊精神病的84例住院男性患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各42例。对照组实行自我认同心理护理,观察组实行人性化沟通联合自我认同心理护理,两组均干预30 d。比较两组干预前后的不良事件(自残、自杀)发生率及生活质量(生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能与精神健康)评分。结果干预后,两组的自残及自杀行为发生率低于干预前,观察组的自残行为及自杀行为发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能与精神健康评分高于干预前,观察组的生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能及精神健康评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用人性化沟通联合自我认同心理护理,可减少男性精神病患者自残/自杀等伤害性行为发生率,提高总体生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of humanized communication combined with self-identified psychological nursing in the prevention of self-harm/suicide behaviors in male psychosis patients.Methods A total of 84 inpatient male psychosis patients confirmed in Shangrao Third People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was given self-identified psychological nursing,while the observation group was given humanized communication combined with self-identified psychological nursing.Both groups were intervened for 30 d.The differences in the incidence of adverse events(self-harm,suicide)and scores of quality of life(physiological function,physical pain,social function,mental health)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of self-harm and suicide in both groups were lower than those before intervention,the incidence of self-harm and suicide in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function and mental health in both groups were lower than those before intervention,scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized communication combined with self-identified psychological nursing can reduce the incidence of self-harm/suicide and other harmful behaviors in male psychosis patients,and improve the overall quality of life.
