摘 要:随着乡村振兴、绿色科技、粮食保护、精准扶贫等战略的提出,我国农业科技发展进入新的起点,为了更好地促进农业科技发展,通过梳理国家层面的农业科技政策,将我国农业科技政策归纳为载体建设、产业政策、人才政策、重点项目、财政资金、科技创新、环保政策、综合政策8类。综合分析表明,我国农业科技政策具有政策规模日益扩大、政策主题多元化和政策制定主体网络化的演化特征,农业科技政策体系呈现出动态复杂化的趋势。With the proposal of strategies such as rural revitalization,green technology,food protection,and targeted poverty alleviation,agricultural science and technology development in China has entered a new era.The agricultural science and technology policies of China are summarized into 8 categories:carrier construction,industrial policies,talent policies,key projects,fiscal funds,technological innovation,environmental protection policies,and comprehensive policies.Comprehensive analysis demonstrates that agricultural science and technology policy exhibits the characteristics of expanded policy scale,diversification of policy themes,and network of policy-making subjects.The whole agricultural science and technology policy system is showing a trend of dynamic complexity.
