摘  要:劳动争议仲裁是劳动者维护权益的重要手段,劳动争议仲裁时效制度对劳动争议案件的解决至关重要。通过研读我国劳动争议仲裁相关立法,发现我国劳动争议仲裁时效制度存在着诸多问题。我国应当通过完善相关立法来明确我国劳动争议仲裁时效的起算点、期间、中止和中断事由特殊时效的适用范围及与诉讼时效的衔接。The labor dispute arbitration is an important tool for workers to protect their rights and interests.The prescription system of labor dispute arbitration is vital to the settlement of labor dispute cases.Through studying the relevant legislation of labor dispute arbitration in China,it is found that there are many flaws with the prescription system of labor dispute arbitration in China.Relevant legislation should be perfected to clarify the starting point,period,suspension and interruption of the prescription of labor dispute arbitration,and the scope of application of the special prescription.
