摘 要:为研究HRB635级热轧带肋高强钢筋混凝土轴压短柱的力学性能,文章进行了12根HRB635级热轧带肋高强钢筋混凝土短柱的轴压试验。试验通过设置高宽比、箍筋强度、高强箍筋配箍率、纵筋配筋率等诸多参数,研究了它们对HRB635级热轧带肋高强钢筋混凝土短柱轴压性能的影响规律,揭示了高强钢筋混凝土短柱典型的破坏模式和受力机理,获得了荷载-位移、荷载-应变曲线的分布规律和位移延性指标。研究结果表明:HRB635级热轧带肋高强钢筋混凝土轴压短柱的破坏模式主要为轴压破坏和局压破坏;随着高宽比的减小,箍筋强度、高强箍筋配箍率、纵筋配筋率的增大,HRB635级热轧带肋高强钢筋混凝土短柱的轴压承载力逐渐增大,延性有所提高。基于现行中、美混凝土结构设计规范中轴压承载力计算方法,对该文HRB635级热轧带肋高强钢筋混凝土轴压短柱试验结果进行对比,结果表明采用现行中、美两国混凝土结构规范可以较保守地评估HRB635级热轧带肋高强钢筋混凝土短柱的轴压承载力。研究结果为HRB635级热轧带肋高强钢筋在工程领域的应用提供了科学依据。In order to study the axial compressive properties of HRB635 grade hot-rolled ribbed high-strength reinforced concrete short columns,the axial compressive tests of 12 HRB635 grade hot-rolled ribbed high-strength reinforced concrete short columns were carried out.The influence of the ratio of height to width,the strength of stirrup,the ratio of high strength stirrup and the ratio of longitudinal stirrup on the axial compressive performance of HRB635 grade hot-rolled ribbed high-strength reinforced concrete short columns was studied.The typical failure mode and stress mechanism of high-strength reinforced concrete short columns were revealed.The distribution law of load-displacement and load-strain curves and the displacement ductility coefficient were obtained.The results show that the failure modes of HRB635 grade hot-rolled ribbed high-strength reinforced concrete short columns are mainly axial failure and partial failure;with the decrease of the ratio of height to width and the increase of stirrup strength,ratio of high strength stirrup and longitudinal stirrup ratio,the axial compressive bearing capacity of HRB635 grade hot-rolled ribbed high-strength reinforced concrete short columns gradually increases and its ductility improves.Finally,based on the current calculation method of axial compressive bearing capacity in the concrete structure design codes of China and the United States,the experimental results of HRB635 grade hot-rolled ribbed high-strength reinforced concrete axial compression short column in this paper were compared and verified.The results show that the axial compressive bearing capacity of HRB635 grade hot-rolled ribbed high-strength reinforced concrete short columns can be conservatively evaluated by adopting the current concrete structure codes of China and the United States.The results provide a scientific basis for the application of HRB635 grade hot-rolled ribbed high-strength steel bar in the engineering field.
