摘 要:利用硅烷偶联剂改性的2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮、三苯基氧化膦和氯化铕合成了一种具有反应活性的稀土铕配合物--Eu(TTA-Si)3(TPPO)2,并在合成纳米SiO_(2)的过程中将其直接掺入,在此基础上制备了一种近紫外激发的稀土有机-无机杂化材料(Eu@SiO_(2))。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪和荧光光谱仪,对材料的组成、形貌、热稳定性和荧光性能进行了初步的表征分析。结果表明:稀土配合物被成功地掺入到了SiO_(2)中,其热稳定性也得益于SiO_(2)这一无机基质的保护而大大提升;Eu@SiO_(2)可有效地吸收近紫外区的能量并用于激发Eu3+离子发光,其最大吸收峰在360 nm,在该波长的紫外光激发下,材料发射出强烈的红色荧光。With the silane coupling agent modified 2-thenoyl trifluoroacetone,triphenylphosphine oxide and europium chloride,a kind of reactive rare earth europium complex—Eu(TTA-Si)3(TPPO)2 was synthesized and introduced directly into the preparation process of nano-SiO_(2) as a synthetic material.And then,a near-ultraviolet excited rare earth organic-inorganic hybrid material(Eu@SiO_(2))was prepared to use the improved Stber method.The composition,morphology,thermal stability and photo-luminescent properties of the material were preliminarily characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,thermogravimetric analyzer and spectrofluorometer.The results show that the Eu(TTA-Si)3(TPPO)2 is successfully incorporated into nano-SiO_(2),meanwhile,the inorganic matrix(SiO_(2))can significantly improve the thermal stability of rare earth complexes.Photophysical properties show that Eu@SiO_(2) has effective absorption energy in the near ultraviolet region for exciting Eu3+to emit light,and its maximum absorption peak is at 360 nm.Subsequently,under the excitation of this wavelength,the Eu@SiO_(2) will emit a clear bright red fluorescence.
