丹栀逍遥散联合西药治疗肝经郁热型干眼症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丹栀逍遥散联合西药治疗肝经郁热型干眼症的临床疗效。方法:选择干眼症患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服丹栀逍遥散,两组患者均连续治疗14天。观察两组临床疗效、证候积分、泪膜破裂时间(break-up time,BUT)、施墨试验I(SchirmerI)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(interleukin-1,IL-1)表达水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率[90.00%(45/50)]优于对照组[68.00%(34/50)](P<0.05);两组中医证候积分、BUT、SchirmerI、TNF-α、IL-1表达水平较治疗前均有改善,且治疗后观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥散联合西药治疗肝经郁热型干眼症,可有效抑制炎症反应发生、提高免疫力、增加泪液分泌、改善泪膜稳定性、修复眼表,发挥消炎、止痒、濡目等功效,改善目干涩、灼热疼痛等不良反应,提高临床有效率。Objective:To observe clinical effects of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder and Western medicine in treating xerophthalmia of stagnant heat of liver meridian pattern.Methods:A total of 100 patients were chosen and randomized into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group took Danzhi Xiaoyao powder based on the therapy that the control group accepted,both groups were treated for 14 days consecutively.To observe clinical effects,TCM syndrome integrals(the main syndrome),BUT,Schirmer I,and the expressions of TNF-α and IL-1 in the two groups.Results:After treating,clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(45/50),higher than 68.00%(34/50)of the control group(P<0.05);TCM syndrome integrals,BUT,Schirmer I,the levels of TNF-α and IL-1 of both groups improved compared with these before treating,and the observation group was superior to the control group after treating(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danzhi Xiaoyao powder and Western medicine in treating xerophthalmia of stagnant heat of liver meridian pattern could effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction,strengthen immunity,increase tear secretion,improve the stability of tear film,repair ocular surface,develop the effects of relieving inflammation,itching,moistening the eyes and others,improve adverse reactions including xerophthalmia,scorching hot and others,and raise clinical effective rate.
