运脾方联合刺四缝对小儿厌食脾失健运证患者血清胃泌素的影响  

Influence of Spleen-activating Prescription and Acupuncture at Sifeng in the Treatment of Infantile Anorexia of Dysfunction of Spleen in Transportation Pattern

摘　　要：目的:探讨运脾方联合刺四缝治疗小儿厌食脾失健运证的临床疗效。方法:将小儿厌食脾失健运证160例,根据不同治疗方法随机分为对照组与观察组各80例,对照组给予刺四缝治疗,观察组在此基础上给予运脾方口服治疗。治疗4周后,观察两组患儿临床疗效、血清胃泌素(GS)含量、血红蛋白含量、血锌含量和血铁含量的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率[(72/80)90.00%]高于对照组[(63/80)78.75%](P<0.05);两组患儿血清GS含量、血红蛋白含量、血锌含量、血铁含量均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运脾方联合刺四缝治疗小儿厌食脾失健运证能改善小儿营养状况,提高血锌、血铁含量,其作用机制可能与促进GS分泌有关。Objective:To explore clinical effects of spleen-activating prescription and acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE10)in treating infantile anorexia of dysfunction of spleen in transportation pattern and its effects on serum GS.Methods:All 160 children were randomly allocated to the control group and the observation group according to therapeutic methods,the control group received acupuncture at Sifeng,and the observation group took spleenactivating prescription orally based on the acupuncture therapy,to observe clinical effects of the patients,the contents of serum GS,hemoglobin,blood zinc and iron between both groups after four weeks of treatment.Results:Therapeutic total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,higher than 78.75%of the control group(P<0.05);the contents of serum GS,hemoglobin,blood zinc and iron in both groups were higher than these before treating,and the observation group was higher than the control group in the contents of serum GS,hemoglobin,blood zinc and iron,the difference had statistical meaning within and between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:spleen-activating prescription and acupuncture at Sifeng in treating infantile anorexia of dysfunction of spleen in transportation pattern could improve infantile nutritional status,lift the contents of blood zinc and iron,and its mechanism might be related to promoting GS secretion.
