长沙地区办公建筑空调冷热源方案比较分析

摘  要:本文为长沙地区办公建筑空调冷热源方案的比较分析,在DeST软件中对所选的办公建筑进行建模和分析,并计算出系统的冷热负荷,结合所选建筑的建筑特点,选择几类冷热源组合方案,并对各方案进行计算选型,然后查找整理出所需的设备的性能参数。本设计针对各方案的设备能耗、场地适应性以及经济性等方面进行分析评估,最后得出所选定办公建筑的最优冷热源技术方案,为长沙地区的建筑设计安全、高效、节能的空调系统提供理论支持。This paper compared and analyzed air conditioning cooling and heating source schemes for office buildings in Changsha.Calculating the cooling and heating load of the system,The DeST software was used to model the selected building.By combining the architectural features of the selected building with the calculated cooling and heating load,several schemes were selected,and the performance parameters of the equipment needed for each scheme were found.Meanwhile,equipment energy consumption,adaptability,and economic efficiency of each scheme were analyzed and evaluated.Finally,the optimal cooling and heating source scheme for the selected building was obtained,which would provide technical support for HVAC engineers in Changsha to design safe,efficient,and energy-saving air conditioning systems in the future.
