摘　　要：目的调查我国疗养地自然疗养因子现状,科学分析自然疗养因子的应用策略。方法面向全国各疗养机构以及医疗机构,采取随机整群抽样法,利用问卷星软件网络发放问卷调查,回收样本1000份,进行数据统计分析。结果经筛选后有效样本899份,其中对疗养学知识掌握较好的占68.08%;对自然疗养因子的作用及疗效表示认可占94.88%,认为需要对其加大宣传科普力度占96.00%,急需大力开发与保护占95.89%,建立并加强相关保护制度和法规占96.88%,需要定期评价占96.10%。结论随着人类对大自然认识及生态环境的保护、应用的重视,疗养地自然疗养因子的服务与安全备受关注,要加大力度宣传自然疗养因子应用的科普宣传工作,并应针对性开发、保护、研究和科学应用自然资源,完善评价体系,健全保护法规,使医用自然资源广泛地为人民群众的健康服务,促进我国疗养事业健康持续地发展。Objective To investigate the present situation of convalescent factors and scientifically analyze the application strategies of convalescent factors.Methods For the national nursing institutions and medical institutions,the random cluster sampling method was adopted,and the questionnaire survey was distributed through the network of Wenjuanxing software.1000 samples were recovered for statistical analysis.Results 899 effective samples were screened,among which 68.08%had better knowledge of recuperation,94.88%approved the function and curative effect of natural convalescent factors,96.00%believed that it was necessary to strengthen publicity and science popularization,95.89%believed that it needed to develop and protect them,96.88%believed that it needed to establish and strengthen relevant protection systems and regulations,and 96.10%believed that it needed regular evaluation.Conclusion As people attach importance to the understanding of nature and the protection and application of ecological environment,the service and safety of natural convalescent factors in convalescent resorts have been paid close attention.It is necessary to strengthen the popularization and publicity of the application of natural convalescent factors.We should develop,protect,research and apply natural resources scientifically,perfect the evaluation system,perfect the protection laws and regulations,so as to make the medical natural resources widely serve the people's health and promote the healthy and sustainable development of convalescent cause in China.
