水疗治疗类风湿性关节炎患者疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价水疗治疗类风湿性关节炎患者的疗效。方法检索Pubmed、Cochrane library、Embase、EBsco、Web of science、CNKI、Wanfang Data、VIP和SinoMed数据库,以类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,收集水疗治疗类风湿性关节炎患者的随机对照试验(RCT)。检索时限设定为建库至2021年3月。两名研究人员按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料和质量评价。采用Stata 15.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10个RCT,共计788例患者。Meta分析结果显示,水疗组的类风湿性关节炎患者临床总有效率高于非水疗组[RR=1.213,95%CI(1.119,1.315),P<0.001]。水疗组在疼痛评分、关节压痛数和关节肿胀数方面疗效均优于非水疗组[SMD=-0.241,95%CI(-0.458,-0.025),P=0.029;WMD=-3.464,95%CI(-5.756,-1.173),P=0.003;WMD=-1.976,95%CI(-3.654,-0.279),P=0.022]。结论水疗可以改善类风湿性关节炎患者的症状,缓解疼痛,减轻关节负担。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of hydrotherapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Pubmed,Cochrane library,Embase,EBsco,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and SinoMed databases were searched for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of hydrotherapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis were collected.The retrieval time limit was set from database establishment to March 2021.Two researchers independently screened literature,extracted data and evaluated quality according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Stata 15.0 software was used for Meta analysis.Results A total of 788 patients were included in 10 RCTs.Meta-analysis showed that the total clinical response rate of RA patients in the hydrotherapy group was higher than that in the non-hydrotherapy group[RR=1.213,95%CI(1.119,1.315),P<0.001].The therapeutic efficacy of the hydrotherapy group was better than the non-hydrotherapy group in terms of pain score,joint tenderness and joint swelling[SMD=-0.241,95%CI(-0.458,-0.025),P=0.029;WMD=-3.464,95%CI(-5.756,-1.173),P=0.003;WMD=-1.976,95%CI(-3.654,0.279),P=0.022].Conclusion Hydrotherapy treatment can improve the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis patients,relieve pain and reduce joint load.
