中国航空货运企业发展物流战略分析

摘　　要：基于全球航空货运背景,运用PEST模型分析国内航空货运市场环境,通过波特五力分析和SWOT矩阵解读国内航空货运企业竞争格局,分析国内航空货运企业发展现状及问题。结果显示:相比国际航空货运企业,国内航空货运市场处于快速成长阶段,存在较大发展进步空间。提出"强化基础设施建设,制定完整管理制度;提高现代化管理能力,有效增加运能;了解不同区域特性,合理调配客货比例;强化信息管理,促进多式联运"等4项对策。The purpose of this study is to explore the development status of Chinese domestic air cargo enterprises and provide the development strategies. The PEST model is applied to analyze the current air cargo market situation;and the Porter’s five-force and SWOT models are used to analyze the competition pattern and the comparison with international air cargo enterprises, also understand the existing problems of these domestic air cargo enterprises. The research indicates that the domestic air cargo market towards a rapid growth stage at present, but the domestic air cargo enterprises development progress is still lower than the international’s. For beneficial China air cargo development, there are four suggestions are raised, such as strengthening infrastructure construction and formulating integral management system;improving modern management ability and effectively increasing transport capabilities;understanding the characteristics of different regions and rationally allocating passenger and cargo flights ratios;and strengthening information management and promoting multimodal transportation.
